The current belly sizes are pretty much the limit of what the pregnancy+ mod in koikatsu is capable of, so I don't think I can go beyond that
you can add more than 6 eggs by editing the save game file directly. I did not add official support for that because the game is really, really not designed for you to have that many
the achievement can be obtained quite easily if you figure out exactly what the game is doing whenever the blue bar completes a cycle
Oh, okay. Will you be willing to experiment with attempting to make the belly size larger? If you want, I can look up the mod to see if it's even possible? Also, I am having a hard time trying to find that save file. I read in the comments that the save file system isn't implemented yet.
Plus, I figured the blue bar has something to do with it. I am going to have to experiment!
it technically is possible to make the belly larger, but at that point it no longer looks like it belongs to the girl's body and I don't find that sexy to be honest
save files are implemented but only on the PC and android version, and i don't think you can edit them on android
i'll give you another hint: in real life, if you thrust as fast as you possibly can, your partner would probably say that you have bad technique

Then, after you have contractions and are no longer pregnant. You unlock a trophy that allows you to access that size whenever you want! Pleeeaaaassseeeee!!!!!!!!!!!
