Hi, can you please share more details - do you get an empty string or empty file when copying/exporting? Or you get an error when pasting string/importing the file? Or just nothing happens?
if I just download it is empty and when I filled it with the string or the string itself from the Itch app it would mention windows requiring Itch-cave apps which do not exist. Downloads or from the run game part works flawless though
So your case is that you cannot load the game from a string, when the game is run using Itch desktop app, right? (I just realized I never tested the game in the Itch app)
