It is just a bug, it was a thing that happened the last update as well like a month or two ago, Indivi made a patch for this then, so I am sure Indivi will do it again, just have to be patient with the dev

Not sure, but you can try re-downloading and reinstalling, restarting the device and making sure nothing else is running when you play. Otherwise, it just might not work on your device
