This would be a cool idea, a future update to either replace the piston with a tentacle, and /or add a cum inflation and all the way through to the piston?
That would be interesting to get added to the game, especially when they try add new positions for the girls. (Though it seems they only wanna add new positions if they reach their patreon member goals)
