In a way, yes.
Later on, you'll be getting modules to make her more customized, which will give her alternate personalities and designs. But you will need to have given her the sexbot module initially to have access to any of the Captivation-based content in the future.
If you don't like her personality with the sexbot module, still go for it. That's mostly a check for if you want Captivation content with her at all. I may make a second check for it in the future just to confirm, but I can't say for sure if I'll remember :p Hope that clarifies things!
