Incredibly good game! I love the idea of switching perspectives mid-level — it gives everything such a fun and unpredictable vibe. Thinking it was a regular 2D platformer and then getting surprised like that was priceless! Definitely one of my favorites from the jam.

Also, I really liked the music — I actually stayed on the menu just to listen to it hahaha.

Great job!

Thanks! I kept the perspective shift out of the documentation and the screenshots, which led to some people saying it was jarring, and I explained that it was in fact the "trick" of the game and meant to be increasingly jarring.

I'm glad you stayed on the main menu long enough to hear the whole song. It loops after a 30 second pause. You can actually find all the music in my Skele-Tom's Candy Caper Playlist. The main menu/splash screen music plus the three songs for the levels. Funnily enough, I had built in a music player in the main menu that would allow you to hear all four once you'd encountered them in the game, but it really requires mouse support, so the feature is disabled due to the issues with the menu inside the TV.

Thanks so much for all your kind words!
