It comes up clean on my end. However, just in case, I scanned my computer, recompiled the whole .exe, and ran it through VirusTotal.
Here are the results.
The 1 flag is from Gridinsoft. Concerned, I did research, and discovered that this is a common flag that results from a .exe file being unsigned.
Being "unsigned" generally just means it's unofficial.
tl;dr: It's a common false flag that happens with homebrewed software. The game should be perfectly safe, and you're welcome to warn everyone otherwise if it ends up hurting your computer. I don't want anyone harmed by my passion project.
