It's really simple to get both, actually. the first one you get by getting caught in any room by green. While the second one is triggered by specifically getting caught in the staff room (the room directly to the right of the office.)
You activate green by ignoring the lever that occasionally flips up. Then just look away from green and she'll eventually capture you. (Just make sure she's actually following you first.)
