I am a big fan of fairy tales being turned into horror. It's actually one of my favorite tropes. This story's dark fairy tale makeover is definitely based on Little Red Riding Hood. There are multiple endings to the story, and even the bad endings are probably worth experiencing. Some of it might be a bit intense for certain readers, so content warning there.

Since this is purely a visual novel, I really don't want to spoil the experience for anyone, but our main character is a girl who gets involved with a wolf she once saw as a prince, but who has now become something much worse. I think the story does a good job addressing the dangers of trusting "strangers", without necessarily sending the message that you should never trust anyone at all. Instead, it emphasizes that monsters exist in the world, and it's not your fault if trusting someone puts you in a bad situation. The story also took a lot of twists and turns I didn't expect, and it might even include other fairy tale reinterpretations in the game. I thought the choices were fun, and the true ending was cute, though it may have felt a little too easy. Still, as a game jam project, I think this is a great visual novel. I could even see it being priced on Stream, though of course a bit low given the playtime.

The art was really cute. I liked the sketchy feel to the art, which complements the storybook feel, and the given fairy tale retelling sections had a great style of their own. The use of real backgrounds is common in indie visual novels, and I always enjoy it. It's slightly composited, fits well, and provides a nice contrast to the art style. The music is great, and reminds of a lot of RPGMaker games. In fact, I feel like this game could easily be recreated in RPGMaker format and it would fit perfectly. Overall, I thought the game was a lot of fun, and I would love to check out more visual novels from you!.
