I am sorry T_T I have not had a response for over 2 months so please know you are not alone. It doesn't seem consistent with what staff chooses to and to not deindex and they haven't explained many of their choices.
Yea it looks like it, I have seen no response too; I will be making a new community post now to draw attention since this one is getting no response from the mod.
