This looks the absolute business. Really strong visuals that feel coheesive throughout the interface and gameplay.
My only bit of criticism is in the health/damage feedback. The vignette unfortunatly obscured the health bar entirely, and i may have missed this, but a little flash or particle on the player when getting hit would be a helpful feedback indicator too.
Besides that, i think it's a really strong entry. You've done some really good work, nice job.

I originally had the health orb always showing and I suppose I should have kept it that way based on the comments, I was hoping by having it hidden as your multiplier got higher it would encourage people to take the mask off more in order to see if they are healthy or not, but I guess it didn't work out so well.
