They did mention to switch book 1 to be free and the rest become paid dlc. If you already own Book 1 before it switch to free, you can show purchased proof and ask for the game key for the rest of the dlc.
i wish i could, but i can't, i also didn't have it before then, the thing is, last summer my laptop got destroyed, so i'm currently replying on a library computer... guess i don't really need it anymore, since it's not like i can download anything :(
