Yeah!
When you have a drawing tool selected you can hold CTRL (or CMD on MacOS, I think) and then click where you'd like to zoom in.
CTRL/CMD+Click also works to zoom back out.
When you're zoomed in you can move around the card with your keyboard's arrow keys if you want to.
(Or use Shift + Arrow Keys to skip around faster.)
You can decide the level of zoom in the Menu under [ View > Grid and Scale ].
That lets you pick between 2x, 4x and 8x.
