Funny thing is that this game was originally much more closer to the Operation type of game heh. I consider it as main inspiration here honestly. But yes, I originally wanted the player to need to do some precision movement with mouse / have some type of detail skill involved when removing the organs, but due to time limit, limited skills and uncertainty what kind of mechanics would fit I pivoted the game to be more about the fast pace stress and guessing what organs are what.
I am half considering adding something still, but that we will have to see ^^ Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it and find appreciation in the more mood-based spooks I tried to go for.
