First one is not a bug. There's no sex script for Himeko so the game looks for next NPC that has and in this case Len. Ignore second one at the moment.
Sex script only checks which npc is intractable by x.

hmm.. really weird.. usually any character that doesn't have x dialogue won't show any dialogue even after pressing E on them. For example on Chisato & Yoko in past College (I think she has a dialogue about pressing X but when pressing X the dialogue doesn't show up it will show up after when pressing E). But it's okay for me.. hwhw
