Sorry it's due to apple quarantine's restrictions on downloading apps from outside of APP STORE.
Extract the app from DMG. Open Terminal and run:
sudo xattr -rds com.apple.quarantine /Applications/last-breath-h.app
If the path to the program is different, then obviously change it so that it's pointing to your app.
