I can't really understand the lottery number puzzle or the channel 108 puzzle, The clues for the 1,3,and 4 are very vague and I have no idea if there are any repeating letters or not?

As for the Channel 108 puzzle, my apologies for not mentioning that there are no repeating letters. Once you identify which clues correspond to which lines and test the possible combinations, it should narrow down to just one valid answer.
1 - can be only A or B
3 - Can be only B(in case 1 is A) or C (in case 1 is B)
4- can only be B or D
