does the added cum stay forever or does it have a set amount of time till it goes away like the others?
From what I've seen in the game, the endurance stat increases the maximum amount you can have at once. The cum depletion rate depends on the scene and your actions. You'll notice the meter fills up more when you have higher endurance!
