This was intense. You really got a lot done. There was a solid interface and a lot of design went into the ingredient names, candy descriptions, etc.

I felt thrown into the deep end trying to pick a recipe and then trying to add ingredients. I'm frantically searching for things. Would've been nice if there were some tutorial buildup. I love crafting games, but this was really hard to get into. The frantic heating of the cauldron was interesting, but would've been better with a controller IMO.

Overall really neat premise.

Thank you so much for the thoughtful feedback, Dragonforge!

I made it intentionally frantic — it was inspired by my own real-life chaos in the kitchen, haha.

But you’re totally right — I probably got too good at it while developing, so I didn’t realize how overwhelming it might feel at first. I’ll definitely keep that in mind for the next update!

LOL I've heard stories about the frantic feeling of kitchens.

I would come back to play it if the ramp up was less intense. TBH I think it would be a great cozy game.
