I see these are early game and there's a few quests in your log. Most quests will only appear whenever they are relevant (Example: Story chapter 8 will only appear after you've done 1-7).
Unless this isn't the case for you and there's nothing there, if so, could you drop a screenshot for me of your log?

This issue was happening before I installed windows mind you which I had to install when working on my own game because HS2 translations don't work for some reason in linux.
