This one is such a vibe. The ambient noise almost as background radiation while these two recall their past and how they came to meet and the rest of their lives felt like talking to two friends, after everything falls apart and only formless forms remain. It felt like it went by so fast, but I could've easily read ten or so more of these vignettes, especially since I love the idea of fallen angels alongside humans so much that I've incorporated it into my own work too.
These feel like they could've been some of your previous characters too, just two wanderers after the end of the world. Immaculate stuff, I loved it!
