I absolutely LOVE this aesthetic, I havent seen enough pixel art games in the horror genre, especially following a very traditional pixel art style like this

I totally agree, there aren't enough horror games utilizing the scare factor of pixel art (everything is left up to interpretation of the player), and especially with the Gameboy style or in gb studio. If you liked the style of this game then I recommend playing my other game, Night at the Harbor, if you haven't already and I even more recommend the game I based it on, Opossum Country by Ben Jelter.
