idk last time i got the pop up was at the noer inn nowhere near monsters, i have read on the wiki that unknown seed gives some addiction damage too and human one transforms into unknown
Can confirm, got a stack while entierly in noer in, so i guess monster semen is kind of unrelated, or monster semen may be the only way to get the initial stack and then it's whatever fills the meter or idk
monster semen is required to cause the damage to threshold for semen addiction just as horny(drugged) or womb seedbed is a requirement for the progress of orgasm addiction which doesn't increment without those.
