I think I played about 5 rounds and I still am not following exactly what is happening. I killed 7 goblins and then took on wrong turn and killed. I wish there was a key to explain the shapes/symbols.

How sorry. The red circle mean sword slash : use 1 unergi and broke weak wall and kill ennemi. Green circle mean free move (1 by turn), Yellow circle mean sprit (move with 1 energy in the same turn.
You need to use your energy stategicly. (3 turn cooldow and max 3 energy charges).
