First I am sorry for my English. If you want unlock Quest of Detective Traff you must play pit gate with no help. Details in your quest book. Press J and look at our character. You'll see B+ note in pitgate. So If you dont understand what I  mean. Go to the Pit gate and do your best score If it's more than B+ You will understand. Note: dont use Assists they will lower your score

after doing what meradez said, go back to bolonia and activate the hot tub mission, after finishing it, go back to bolonia and do her next quest, aftel all that, get a B+ in the pit with no help at all, after beating it, go to the barista and then you can make the detective traff quest
