might just be using it wrong but fern seems kinda weak? i think it needs something more, probably making overheal 50%-> 66% or removing lowered stamina
Fern's base stamina is definitely lower than the other turtles, but she gets 50% extra stamina restoration (when not overhealing) from restore cells. With a pair of Snowboots equipped to boost her base stamina, that bonus more than makes up for the 50% healing reduction from overhealing.
