I can't figure out the puzzle with stick figures graffiti and "bone hand" keypad.

You've got to count the amount of objects of each colour and then input them into the keypad in the order of the colours on the hand.
For example, if the colours on the hand from left to right went red green blue, you'd count the objects of each colour and then input the code with the numbers in place, so "786" for example.
