The game is still here. But after posting on this forum I've got an actual reply from moderator at least.
The guy who uploaded Nugatory game doesn't have any contacts and Itch.io doesn't have any private messaging system. I have wrote a message in game's comments just to warn others some time ago already. Just go the game's page and you'll see it.

I actually do not want this game to be deleted, Is there is a way admins can edit archive and then reupload it? Game is working without this folder inside it - I have checked it myself.

This is probably not the dev's fault, but I am posting it to warn everyone else.
This is mostly because of the itch.io suggestion and search algorithms, not to mention advertising your game takes a lot of energy out of the developer. That's why game publishers still existing today.
