Again, if by latest you mean latest PUBLIC build, that is 0.3.2.3.1 available to download here or on SubStar, which doesn't have that cheat code.
If you're a subscriber, you'd have access to PAID version 0.3.4, which has this cheat code implemented (pic from 0.3.4):
