Even though I don’t usually like visual novels, this game really got me interested in its lore!
The art is very well done, and considering you all only had one week to work on the project, it’s amazing how much detail you managed to include to tell the story!
Speaking of the story, I think it’s the best part of the game. It could be interpreted as someone giving birth to a version of themselves to maintain their family’s and friends’ expectations and pressure, isolating themselves out of fear of disappointment and hatred of judgment. Their beliefs end up creating a hollow doppelgänger with no personality, a vessel of what used to be a person.
But honestly, I interpreted the game as someone whose plant is evil and made a clone of herself, lol.
