Misa Yamada has two routes. Route 1 makes her a real ghost, and Route 2 unlocks her third animation. Many say she only appears a few times in Asylum. For SCM-835-NP, you have to open it in the Asylum portal and look at the Sakurai House contract board. If her picture is there, it means you have successfully completed the mission. All you have to do is bring her to Mei's house.

Okayy.. Let's discuss one by one. Have you downloaded the walkthrough pdf that I made? did you read it skipping? download the revised version. and read each quest carefully. don't skip!!.
1. The Less Tall Lady always appears after you free her from the bugplug in the Cafeteria and she will become a normal ghost in the Asylum.
2. SCM-835-NP (Variant Blue): you have to meet her shadow in the Reiko Hallway 2 Asylum Portal and she will appear as a normal ghost in Sakurai House.
3. Vicisious Nurse: This is a bug, the chance of appearing is very small, try downloading the new version v.0.3.2.1. She will appear normally in the Asylum after you choose option 1 during the quest.
4. Regarding the asylum light switch, go to Jack Hallway 2 > Turn on light switch 3 then light switch 2, and exit the map, see on the contract board the name Sakurai House changes to Karasuyama House.
