I'm so happy to hear your complements on the character personalities and the story, I make games for the purpose of telling a story so I'm glad two of my favorite parts of making a game stood out to you! the abrupt ending is a completely fair critique and one that I one hundred percent agree with you on, but to explain it a little bit, the ending is that quick due to content cuts (that were a result of being underprepared), had some of the content that I'd cut actually stayed in the game. there would have been multiple endings (probably) and much more to explore and see as well as much more dialogue and build up to that final "chase" scene. Thanks for playing and I'm so glad you enjoyed the story!

Oh! I sorta expected cut content to be the reason! It's quite interesting that you had multiple endings in mind!
