Yes, the boss being unkillable is intentional because we wanted players to go through to the "true" win. We planned to make a different ending if you managed to kill the boss but ran out of time for that unfortunately. Clearing the cookies is kind of hard to figure out indeed, we might have to drop some more clues later :)
