I HATE HOW SHARKS ARE PORTRAYED AS BLOODTHIRSTY SAVAGE KILLING MACHINES IN THE MEDIA!! SHARKS DON'T TURN ALL PREDATORY WHEN THEY SEE A HUMAN!! THEY ONLY BITE BECAUSE THAT'S HOW THEY EXPLORE THEIR SURROUNDINGS!! THEY BITE!! THEY RARELY EVER PREY ON HUMANS. IT'S JUST THE BRAIN GOING "oh big sharp teeth that thing will kill me immediately!" JUST LOOK AT THIS AND TELL ME HE'S A BLOODTHIRSTY KILLER.

Sharks are more of a threat to the internet than they are to people. They bite the undersea cables because they're trying to figure out what they are. It's kinda cute, actually.
They're the toddlers of the sea, just trying to figure things out by "ingestigating" them.
