Hi. I wasn't playing on the web version, I never do if the game is avaiyfor download, because web versions are usually unstable to record. Again, I get that it wasn't a motion blur effect, but it might be the PSX or dithering, whichever you use for the game engine. It isn't well optimized and it can be fixed, but I understand for a game jam this is the final version. Good luck anyways.
