I may not understand how the game works, but every decision lowers my party popularity. Even decision to increase popularity. Is the game as Mensheviks hardwired for bolshevik win?
Haven't checked the code or anything, but a basic mechanic seems to be that your popularity (as anyone but the bolsheviks) will automatically decrease as long as there is food shortages, high inflation or war weariness.
