I've found a number of little bugs in TammyAndChrissySAtM.
I could try to post it on Patreon, but the last post was almost a year ago, I don't know if you'll notice that.
Moreover, I have a number of screenshots with bugs, not sure if I can attach it there.

What is the best way to submit that bug-report?

I usually take big reports over discord, but you can also email me, depending on filesize on your screenshot collection.

I'm not a member of LBS discord at the moment.

I have 15 screenshots for 10 MB (ongoing, I'm still playing).

Is your email mentioned in DreQ_Readme.txt is still active?
