its part of the game 💀 also just a few tips: there's barrels kind of hidden inside the edges of the map and also you need to click on the spiders to kill them (which is causing you to lose health over time)
make sure you read your death message to know what's killing you so you know what to avoid! other than the spider, staying in a barrel will slowly kill you as well
