I keep getting in-game freezes that forces me to shut and restart. (Samsung Galaxy tab S9). Still a great game btw!

Have you tried clearing the game cache and rebooting your device?
You'll find instructions on how to clear cache on the comments, it's quite a common issue that people face when playing on mobile, in most cases this solves the issue.
