I haven't tried playing this game on a trackpad, but I can image that it could be difficult; I'd recommend playing this with a regular mouse. Though if that helps: try using iron sights, they decrease recoil by 50%, try looking down when firing, to manage the recoil, and try not to fire constantly, but rather in short bursts.
