Looks like "restoration item" means any item that increases willpower on consumption. Items related to stamina, mana, and distraction or buffs like strength don't count. Feeding a willpower potion does work as well as feeding cookies.
"restoration" should be replaced with "willpower-restoring" to make it clear that the item has to restore that one stat specifically.
