I believe "impatient" is not the right word to use, because if you get a target date time, you're sure to expect that it will come at that date. It could have been less ambiguous if master NCrow specified the date and time of release further.
True, but that’s exactly why clearer communication helps. If master NCrow said something like “releasing on October 14, 3PM EST,” people wouldn’t get their hopes up at midnight. Not about impatience, but just only about unclear timing.
