Hmm it could potentially happen, although probably won't affect the way Fawn's route progresses, to keep things from getting convoluted.
I mean, it could be an extension of fawn's route (kinda like an epilogue or how an anime episode sometimes has little extra scenes where the villain/hero does miscellaneous things in their daily life).
