3. piano is in settings
4. punch mr. sun 20 times
5. i forgot this but like you need to place every yellow character

EDIT: I just mashed the piano keys until I got the MONKE!
EDIT 2: Typing in "gyatt" after unlocking the monke unlocks DSB. No, I'm not joking.
