Wowee!! Incredibly cinematic, and brilliant use of 3D while still maintaining a gorgeously stylized, illustrated feeling. The end result feels very studio Laika, and absolutely exudes the energy of a classic halloween tv special - I'm a very big fan! The colors, the lighting and overlay effects, and the character design are all wonderful, and the story feels tight and well-executed, with just the right amount of humor and spookiness in equal measure (plus I just love the cat). I also really appreciate the chapter / scene select options. Incredible take on the genre, and great use of tools.
