I tried the Neo Geo rom with a couple android emulators like Lemuroid and Neo.emu, but sadly it doesn't work :(
just a bit of patience before your fav emulators are updated to support this new game/rom ;-)
It has been reported that it currently works on Android using Retroarch with geolith core + NeoSD version of the rom (doubledragon.neo)
