if you click on the question mark, youll see 'little furry boy's name and my birth year' by looking at the background and using context you can guess the password :)
I'm having a hard time too, I think they mean that they don't know the format of the password. I've tried Scotty1232000, ScottyJan232000, and others, but it didn't work. I think that's what they're asking
