I don't think v0.19 has any cliffhangers, but I understand wanting more! In some cases, like in v0.18, events need to be split in parts because they're so large, but they're not intentionally made to be cliffhangers. This is however a story being written in real time, so there are questions still unanswered.
Yearly updates are not my typical schedule, I've just had a hectic life lately.
No telling what the future holds, but for now I finally have a lot of time. Those things keeping me busy have mostly been solved as of two months ago.
