I think this is a pretty good concept for a game. While the 3D mode is interesting, it lacks some stuff. One is the sensibility issue which was explained by hugomania and the other is go home. The other issue was that while you were exploring I kept failing to get the tree because I had to delock my mouse, find my mouse, then click the button and I would prefer it be like a keyboard button like E if you don't plan to use it someplace else in the exploration. I think there needs to be some type of balance probably but as this currently seems to be showing all the features and gameplay, I think its fine for now but its way too fast unless you want fast exponential type gameplay. Theres also some interesting visual stuff in the main islands(not exploration) where it shows some house floating at the bottom along with some cloud. The desert sand texture might needs to be improved on as it looks like cheese and the minecraft png's but I like all the other graphical things. The music is pretty good. The good things(might have already stated):music, graphical design(and lighting/shadow), pretty unique gameplay, and that gives some hint at future gameplay which is pretty nice. The one thing I would prefer if you don't have prestige or even if you have prestige is that you allow people to be added or removed instead of being forced to be at one job. This is pure preference as it allows more freedom in placement of stuff. Good game overall so far.

Hey! First of all thank you for a detailed feedback! Means a lot that you took your time and it is also an encouraging and motivating feeling to see that someone cares ^^

1. Yes - The first person view felt like a cool idea, but especially in web at has some problems. Maybe I will include it later, maybe I will drop it. Not sure yet. Sometimes giving a limitation is a better choice than trying to do everything.

2. I'm also actually working on 3D Pixel Art, so hopefully when I drop the next bigger version of the game, it will look better and not like cheese :D Trying to be finished end of this month with a small playable version to test.

3. And yes - I also thought about removing workers and switching them if needed, but I also need to do some tweeking with the numbers or implement additional ways to recruit workers. I also saw one approach where you can go to "new game+" with meta progression and then you have another chance to place the workers in a different way. Both seem fun :)
