Please? Is there anyone I can reach out to for an update? I've been left on read for over 2 months by staff with no explanation. I understand there are many tickets, but I have no one to reach out to for this issue.
You are not alone in this, I have not gotten any updates as well. And I am guessing many people are in the same boat.
